F-2 Hybrid Stage-1 Zirconia Ceramic Bearings

Our speedskating and artistic skaters wanted a bearing that provided exceptional durability, great value, and the unmatched speed provided by ceramics. We went to work and the F-2's were the answer!
 
Crafted from the same high-quality stainless steel with oxidized races as our F-1's, these bearings introduce the unmatched speed and performance of ceramics.
The F-2's are built using high purity AISI 52100 steel races. This high-carbon chromium alloy steel is known for its excellent hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue life, making it ideal for bearings. Using our 5 step polishing process, we create polished races that are near mirror-like. We then coat these races with an oxidation later to achieve a harder, smoother, and more durable surface. Then comes the magic - ceramics.
 
F-2's are built using white Zirconia (ZRO2) ceramic balls, these bearings are designed to reduce friction and drag, delivering a smoother and faster roll compared to all-steel bearings.
Zirconia is a high-quality ceramic material known for its excellent mechanical properties, including high strength, low density, and superior resistance to wear and corrosion.

The F-2's are really the best of both worlds, they offer demanding skaters:

F-2's are packaged in sets of 16 bearings.
Each set of tornado bearings comes standard with our lime green dust shields and complimentary spacers.
